FAQs About Our Roofing Services
Get the Answers You Need to Get Your Project Started
No one gets their roof repaired or replaced regularly. It makes sense that you might have some questions about the process – especially since there are a lot of items to consider before your roofing crew even shows up.
To ensure that you fully understand what’s involved with a roof replacement or even a repair, Wood’s Roofing has put together a list of frequently asked questions that we receive.
How Much Will My New Roof Cost?
The actual price of your roofing project will be affected by a variety of factors, including the size of your roof and material and labor costs. That’s why Wood’s Roofing provides a free quote so you can understand what’s involved with your specific project and the estimated cost.
Why Do Roofing Estimates Vary?
All contractors have different costs and price items differently. While most estimates will be comparable, there may still be a range of prices. One thing to remember: if a particular estimate seems significantly lower than the rest, you should be wary. This could be a sign of a fly-by-night contractor who won’t do the work up to industry standards.
Will Your Salesperson Pressure Me to Sign a Contract?
No. Wood’s Roofing understands that your time is valuable and will come prepared to educate you and answer questions without pressure. We expect you to have expectations and we want to meet them! We would appreciate the opportunity to sit with you to design a beautiful and lasting roof replacement system.
How Will You Protect My Home During the Project?
We take great care to ensure that our work contributes to your home’s value, its well-maintained condition and its curb appeal. We will cover your plants, shrubs and flowers with tarps during the project, and ensure we complete a full clean-up after. We want to leave your home better than we found it!
How Long Will the Installation Take?
Honestly, this will depend on the job. A few repairs could be done in an hour, but a full roof replacement could take a few days. Before we start work on your roof, we’ll let you know how long we expect the installation to take.
